The length of the section can be any, the longer the section the more accurate the calibration, but the calibration section should not be longer than a few kilometres.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press <strong>MENU long<\/strong> to bring the tripmeter to the start screen position.<br\/>When you see the start screen <strong>[ _ _ _ _ ]<\/strong> skip this point<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>turn on the metrometer in the measurement position ( ODO and TRIP will equal 0 )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>set ODO in window A<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive a stretch of road of known length<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stop at the end of it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>press <strong>CAL briefly<\/strong> <strong>2 x,<\/strong> which causes the current calibration factor to flash<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>press the <strong>arrow buttons<\/strong> and bring the ODO distance indication ( which will replace the calibration factor value on the display ) to the known distance you have travelled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press <strong>OK briefly<\/strong> to accept the change or leave it on the screen, and after 6 seconds the change will be accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"funkcja-pomiaru-wartosci-kalibracji\" style=\"font-size:21px\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Calibration_value_measurement_function\"><\/span>Calibration value measurement function<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is possible to measure the calibration value in the H-101 metrometer. You can measure on a section of any length, but enter into the metrometer the calibration value converted for a road section of 1000m. ( For example, if you measure at 100m, multiply the measured value x 10 and enter into the metrometer ).  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press <strong>MENU long<\/strong> to bring the tripmeter to the start screen position. <br\/>When you see the start screen <strong>[ _ _ _ _ ] <\/strong>skip this point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press the <strong>F<\/strong> button <strong>briefly<\/strong> until <strong>POM<\/strong> is shown, then press the <strong>OK<\/strong> button. The appearance of <strong>0<\/strong> when the meter does not count pulses or the counting screen when the meter counts pulses confirms that the function has been activated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>press the <strong>CLR<\/strong> button to erase the measured value and start the measurement again ( for example, at the beginning of the calibration section )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>press<strong> OK<\/strong> button to stop the measurement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>press the <strong>OK<\/strong> button to save the measurement or the F button to resume the measurement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"funkcja-wpisywania-wartosci-kalibracji\" style=\"font-size:21px\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Calibration_value_entry_function\"><\/span>Calibration value entry function<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is possible to enter a known calibration value in the H-101 metrometer.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press <strong>MENU long<\/strong> to bring the metrometer to the start screen position. <br\/>When you see the start screen <strong>[ _ _ _ _ ]<\/strong> skip this point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press the <strong>F<\/strong> button <strong>briefly<\/strong> until <strong>WPIS<\/strong> is shown, then press the <strong>OK <\/strong> button . The appearance of the<strong> _ <\/strong>sign confirms the start of the function<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enter the calibration value using the buttons:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>UP and DOWN briefly<\/strong> change the value of the digit,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>OK briefly<\/strong>, which moves the digit to the left and allows you to enter the next digit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CLR briefly<\/strong>, deletes the last digit ( by pressing the menu you can back out of typing completely )<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press the <strong>OK<\/strong> button <strong>long<\/strong> to save the entered coefficient<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"funkcja-autokalibracji-z-wykorzystaniem-systemu-GPS\" style=\"font-size:21px\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"GPS-enabled_auto-calibration_function\"><\/span>GPS-enabled auto-calibration function *.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">When you slow down or the GPS signal weakens during the measurement, the auto-calibration will be interrupted and you will see the blinking word <strong>AUTO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The metrometer can be autocalibrated using GPS. Autocalibration can replace the calibration section. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press <strong>MENU long<\/strong> to bring the metrometer to the start screen position. <br\/>When you see the start screen <strong>[ _ _ _ _ ]<\/strong> skip this point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press the <strong>F<\/strong> button <strong>briefly<\/strong> until <strong>AUTO<\/strong> is shown, then press the <strong>OK<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you see the word <strong>AUTO<\/strong> flashing, start the calibration . The measurement will start when the vehicle speed is greater than 15 km\/h and the number of satellites is greater than 6.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>press <strong>F briefly<\/strong> to abort and restart auto calibrations at any time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>drive until the counting stops, which will mean driving 1000 m and completing auto calibration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press the<strong> OK<\/strong> button<strong> long<\/strong> to save the measured coefficient<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aktywacja-wspolczynnika-kalibracyjnego-MULTIk-ON\" style=\"font-size:21px\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Activation_of_calibration_factor_%E2%80%93_only_when_MULTIk_parameter_ON\"><\/span>Activation of calibration factor &#8211; only when MULTIk parameter = ON<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">NOTE. When the Multi k option is enabled after storing the value, you will see a screen designed for entering the calibration memory number under which you will store the measured value <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When using multiple calibration factors ( e.g. for different tyre sizes ) , a calibration factor must be selected from memory in order to be active. The selection of a coefficient is permanent &#8211; it will be used for calculations until another value is selected.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>during measurements, press <strong>1 x CAL briefly<\/strong> &#8211; you will see the active coefficient<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>press <strong>UP <\/strong>or<strong> DOWN<\/strong> to browse through the stored coefficients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>select coefficient<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>press <strong>OK<\/strong>button <strong>briefly<\/strong>or wait 6 seconds to save the selection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sprawdzanie-wartosci-aktywnego-wspolczynnika\" style=\"font-size:21px\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Checking_the_value_of_the_active_factor\"><\/span>Checking the value of the active factor<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press <strong>MENU long<\/strong> to bring the tripmeter to the start screen position. <br\/>When you see the start screen <strong>[ _ _ _ _ ] <\/strong>skip this point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>turn off and then turn on the power of the metrometer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you will see the digits <strong>8888<\/strong>, and then the lower window will display the active calibration factor, and the upper right corner will display the memory number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"menu-kalibracja-z-wlaczonym-parametrem-MULTIk-ON\" style=\"font-size:21px\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Calibration_menu_with_MULTIk_ON\"><\/span>Calibration menu with MULTIk = ON<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the MULTIk parameter is set to ON, when measuring, typing or self-calibrating, you will have to enter the memory number under which you will store the coefficient after validating the measured value.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>perform measurement, typing or auto-calibration according to the relevant chapters and confirm the measured\/typed value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>when you see the <strong>[ _ ] <\/strong>sign after approval, press <strong>UP<\/strong> or <strong>DOWN<\/strong> to enter the memory number under which you will save the factor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press the <strong>OK<\/strong> button to save the calibration value and memory number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">NOTES.
