Basic and important information
The H-100 tripmeter is an ideal tripmeter for measurements in cross-country rallies, cross-country rallies or baja rallies. It provides a clear presentation of all measured values, simple operation and precision of measurements. It is the perfect tripmeter for measuring distances in various configurations, always ensuring perfect precision. It has two counters that can be reset independently. It is also possible to correct the path using the buttons or an external remote control. There is also an option to enter any value for long distance (ODO). The tripmeter measures the voltage and displays the speed of the vehicle. In addition, it has a built-in clock. It can be extended with a built-in GPS module that enables waypoint routing functions. The distance measurement can be carried out using one or two sensors of any design. The sensors are monitored throughout the duration of the measurements in order to detect failures. The results of the inspection are visible thanks to the LEDs, marked P1 and P2. The sensors can work in different configurations, such as sum, left wheel and right wheel. The version with a GPS module allows you to measure the road without using sensors, based only on GPS data. This version also allows you to combine information from sensors and GPS for more accurate measurements.
It is important to know that testing the tripmeter function only at the start or during the rally can significantly reduce the chances of achieving a good result. Therefore, do not leave learning how to use the device to the last minute, or at least test its functions before the rally. Please note that some tripmeter features are advanced and require practice and focus to use correctly.
This manual describes how to use the device and how to install and configure it. It cannot replace the professional preparation of the installer, his knowledge of the vehicle’s electrics and health and safety rules. The manufacturer guarantees the quality of the device, but has no influence on the conditions and manner of its use.
Tripmeter display provides information about current speed, distance, time and other parameters. The start screen is the first screen that appears after starting the device and it has a horizontal line view [- – – -]
This is the operating state in which no measurements are made. To call up the start screen from any position of the tripmeter, press and hold the MENU button for 6 seconds. To upload additional functions or files, insert a flash drive with the file of options or data intended for the tripmeter.
