Connecting – description of connectors

The Classic Tripmeter has connectors for power, reset button and sensors.

Power supply:
The device is powered by the on-board voltage of 8V to 30V in the vehicle. The device is resistant to voltage spikes, making it extremely durable and reliable.

  1. Connect the tripmeter power supply to the vehicle’s battery.
    You should connect the Classic Tripmeter directly to your vehicle’s battery or helo. 6 PIN connector:
    • red – power supply
    • brown – mass
    • Blue – deleting the short path (INTERMEDIATE).
  2. Connect the sensors to the tripmeter.
    Tripmeter Classic can work with various models of sensors. The connectors for connecting the sensors have 4 Pins.
    • Sensor 1. (photo – 1)
      • red – power supply to the sensor
      • brown – sensor ground
      • white – pulse input, OC NPN
      • white/green – pulse input (alternative input, capacitor in series)
    • Sensor 2. (photo – 2)
      • red – power supply to the sensor
      • brown – sensor ground
      • pink – pulse input, OC NPN
      • white/black – pulse input (alternative input, capacitor in series)
