The Classic Tripmeter is the ideal tripmeter for navigation rally and classic car rally enthusiasts. Classic is a tripmeter with small dimensions suitable for cars.

It provides clear presentation of measured values, simple operation and great precision.

The two main measurement functions of the Classic Tripmeter are measuring the short distance, known as INTERMEDIATE DISTANCE, and the long distance, known as TOTAL DISTANCE. These values can be easily erased or corrected using dedicated buttons, allowing precise route monitoring. It is possible to correct the TOTAL DISTANCE path using the switches by +/- 10 m with each switch movement. The tripmeter also includes a function to count backward distance and also to stop counting.

With the Classic Tripmeter, the user can also monitor the vehicle’s line voltage and speed.

The Classic can be connected simultaneously to two speed sensors, which allow calculation of the distance traveled. In addition, it is possible to equip the tripmeter with a GPS module, which allows distance measurement without the need for sensors.

Key features of the Classic Tripmeter

Distance Measurement: The primary function of the Classic Tripmeter is to measure the distance traveled. The tripmeter is capable of measuring both short distance (INTERMEDIATE DISTANCE) and long distance (TOTAL DISTANCE).
Erasing short distance: The tripmeter allows you to quickly erase the distance measurement, for both short distance and long distance. This is especially useful when you want to start a new measurement from zero.
Distance correction: The Classic Tripmeter allows you to correct the long distance, both up and down. This is useful if you notice that your measurements are slightly inaccurate and want to correct them.
Changing the counting direction: the Classic Tripmeter allows you to change the direction of distance counting. We can choose whether we want the tripmeter to count the distance (add distance) or count down (subtract distance).
Change the parameter in the left window of the display: you can select short path, supply voltage or speed.
Calibration: the Classic Tripmeter allows you to calibrate the device according to a known distance, which guarantees the highest level of measurement accuracy.
Bluetooth transmission: With the ability to pair with a device via Bluetooth, the tripmeter can transmit measurement data to other devices, such as a phone or computer.

Measuring distance based on speed sensors: the Classic tripmeter allows you to connect two speed sensors, based on which it calculates the distance traveled
Measuring the distance based on the built-in GPS module: the Classic tripmeter allows accurate calculation of the distance without the need for speed sensors, based solely on data from the GPS system

The device provides a clear presentation of the values. Large LED displays with a digit height of 14 mm guarantee readability of values.

The Classic Tripmeter comes in two versions:

Hermetic: dust and waterproof seals provide additional protection for the device. Wire harnesses are routed out through a connector. In this version, you need to decide in advance which way you want to calculate the road: GPS or sensors.
Ordinary: the case has no gaskets, on the bottom plate there are switches for switching on the tripmeter and switching on the GPS module. On the back, harnesses for connecting the tripmeter and sensors are brought out.

You can expand the device

Bluetooth module: the Classic Tripmeter can be equipped with a Bluetooth module, which allows you to wirelessly transfer measurement data to other devices, such as smartphones or computers. This module works with a dedicated app, so you can easily view and analyze the collected data.
GPS module: the Tripmeter Classic can also be upgraded with a GPS module for even more accurate distance measurements. This module also allows the device to be calibrated with GPS signals, which guarantees the highest accuracy of measurements.
